The visual landscape for the developer tools that Pragma provides were reevaluated and updated to align with a cleaner, more contemporary aesthetic. Arriving towards this direction was accomplish while pairing with the in-house design resources to understand what current developers needed while aligning with the broader direction set by senior leadership.
The design system has been reworked to more closely align with the patterns and ethos of the Ant Design System which this is built on top of. Custom styles, tokens, and components were reevaluated and, in the majority of cases, replaced by standard components using existing tokens. This allows for faster development in a team structure that had minimal front end web development experience while also providing a relatively vanilla implementation that clients could further customize for their own public-facing web portals.
